Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We currently deliver to available serviceable locations across Pakistan.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier service.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 5–10 days after order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, public holidays, weather or remote locations. The 5–10 day timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, phone number and delivery address.

Bookland cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please message @bookland_pk on Instagram with your order number. We will assist you in checking the delivery status.
