By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Products
We offer original, preloved books in good readable condition. They are not brand new unless explicitly labelled Brand New. Preloved copies may show scratches, creases, marks, worn edges or binding wear. We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of their condition.
Actual book appearance and condition may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings, printing variations or the individual condition of a particular copy.
Where a book has visible signs of use, storage, wear or other condition details, we aim to show or describe them on the relevant product page.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices take account of each copy’s condition and comparable book prices.
Prices may be changed from time to time. The price applicable to an order will normally be the price shown when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors where permitted by law.
Shipping charges may be added separately.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been finally accepted.
An order may be subject to confirmation, product availability, payment verification and delivery-service availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, incorrect information has been provided or a genuine pricing or technical error has occurred.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
Payments
Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–10 days after order confirmation. Delays may extend this timeframe depending on courier operations, destination, public holidays, weather or other unexpected circumstances.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original branding, layout, graphics and original written content belong to Bookland or are used with appropriate permission.
Book covers, publisher logos and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bookland will not be responsible for indirect losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
